Summer Fayre

We had lots of fun with our stall at the Summer Fayre! Thank you to everyone who came to support us!

 

 

Learning about different sorts of trees…

IMG_1242[1]IMG_1240[1] We are making collages of trees. We learnt how to identify trees by the shape of their leaves. We then made the tree using the correct shaped leaves!

Preparations for the School Fayre!

Anne Frank’s Secret Annex

New 3RB WW2 Discovery Area!

We have a new Discovery area to learn all about World War Two and Plants. We have combined our Theme and Science topics to learn about the Dig for Victory campaign. We are even growing tomatoes and beans, planted by the Gardening Club!

Systematic Working

Today we were in maths and working systematically. What is that I hear you say? It is where you work in an order. So first we had people wearing different coloured clothes. Mr Blue, Mr Red and Mr Green. We worked out how many possibilities they could wear their items of clothing.

Today we did our work about flowers.There was lots of fun learning about plants.We started a sunflower diary,only some people,so it can be fair.

Today we did some propaganda posters for World war two. Some of us thought of it from Hitler’s point of view and others thought from Chamberlain’s point of view. We also did a World War 2 timeline.
