Lunch in the dinner hall.

Look how grown up we are eating lunch with the rest of the school!

    The Kissing Hand

This week we have enjoyed reading the story ‘The  kissing hand.’ We made raccoons, painting stripy tails on them and then recorded a ‘tail about me at nursery’ on the back of them. We enjoyed making salt dough kissing hands as a keep sake and playing a matching game from the story.

Settling in and making friends

We have done really well saying goodbye to our special grown ups each day and are doing really well at learning the nursery routines. We are having lots of fun exploring all the things there are to do and making friends.

Little Red Riding Hood

We enjoyed listening to the story and afterwards pretended to be different characters and ask each other questions.

Celebrating Father’s day

We invited our Daddies to spend time with us in Nursery, to enjoy some cheese and biscuits and to share a story.

Making beanstalks

We enjoyed using our own ideas to build beanstalks and comparing the heights.

Easter activity day

We enjoyed another busy creative session making baskets, rabbit masks, used pom poms to print eggs to name but a few things. Thanks to all the adults who came and joined in the fun.
