The whole school is joining in with Cancer Research Uk’s Race for Life on Tuesday 7th June. Please support this worthwhile charity by digging deep and sponsoring us on our Just Giving ‘Lickey Hills Primary School’ fundraising page : it’s quick,easy and totally secure. Last year we raised £2,200 this year we have a target of £2,500 please help us reach this so we can support this life saving and preventative work. 

A super start to the day from Dr. Watson helping us all to get into an inquisitive and investigative mood with her ideas on friction and movement. We look forward to welcoming parents in later today to see our learning in action. 

Year 6 are celebrating the end of SATs week tomorrow with a ‘duvet day’ to relax and unwind at the end of a challenging week. Excellent attitudes and brilliant efforts by EVERYONE. 

Another day of SATs over for Y6. Just the final Maths test tomorrow to go now. Well done Y6 for your perseverance and tenacity this week, I am proud of you all. 

Congratulations to the Year 3 and 4 Tag Rugby team who won all their games last night and are TOP of the inter-school league! 

Well done Y6 on your great effort,attitude and concentration this morning in your Reading SATs. We are VERY proud of you all. Reminder: Breakfast club is open from 8.15am for Y6. 

A super assembly this morning 1AP with a great message – we all need to find the hero in ourselves to achieve our best. Thank you 1AP for sharing your learning with great enthusiasm and such super ideas.
