Reception have been learning all about our body. They have looked at and discussed the skeleton and have been naming different bones in our body. It's been great fun!🩻💀

It was the last session of gardening club today. We used acrylic pens to make positivity stones. They look beautiful!🌈

Reception had a brilliant time at Bromsgrove School taking part in a multi-skills event with other local schools. Thank you to all involved with hosting, our children loved it!🏐🏅

Our Year 5/6 cohort have been exploring op-art, art that creates an optical illusion. What a super job they have done at creating some fabulous illusions!👨🏼‍🎨

Reception have been sharing the story of The Little Red Hen. We especially enjoyed making bread, just like the red hen in the story. Unlike the characters in the story, we were very kind and helpful so loved tasting the bread too!🍞🥪

1HB had an excellent time at Beaconside Primary School on Wednesday. We took part in an invasion games festival and had lots of fun participating in a carousel of activities to help with our control, aim and accuracy in different sports⚽️🏑

Year 2 had a fantastic day stepping back in time to the Victorian era at the Black Country Living Museum this week. They watched skilled metalworkers forge nails and chains, explored back to back houses and visited a Victorian classroom⛓️🏠👩🏼‍🏫

It was trick or treat galore at lunch time today. A huge thanks to our fabulous catering team for getting us in the halloween mood!🎃👻
